Amrita Arora was born on January 31st 1978 in a Punjabi family; she has one elder sister who is famous celebrity Malaika Arora Khan married to Salman khan’s brother Arbaaz Khan who is also an famous celebrity.

While she was studying in college, Amrita was also modeling for big brands like ‘Elle 18’, ‘Ponds’ and ‘Sunsilk’ she also tried her fate as a VJ on MTV just like her elder sister Malaika but didn’t click on it.
